"“Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.”
Letting go is never easy. But if God is telling you to let go of something or someone, trust His sovereign protection.
Idols and bondage stunt our spiritual growth and hinder our relationship with God.
To be completely honest and to cut-to-the chase: sometimes we just have to move. We just have to let go. We just have to take a step forward in faith and let go without knowing what happens next.
Much like the Israelites who were called to leave Egypt, we too have a promise. A promise that we cannot see the fulfillment of until God takes us out of the bondage, through the wilderness, and to the milk and honey.
"I have promised to rescue you from your oppression in Egypt. I will lead you to a land flowing with milk and honey—the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live.”’
Sometimes we have to let go to see the fulfillment of God's promises.
Just let go. Trust God. He knows best.
P.S. if you're reading this, you know what to do.
I'm praying that God gives us both the strength ,courage, and bravery to let go of the things that keep us from Him & His promise for us.
Invitation to Salvation God desires so much more for us than we know. God desires for us to be restored back to His original design for mankind. I’m sure you’ve heard the story before about Adam & Eve and the fall of humanity (see more here.) God designed us to display His glory. Unfortunately, we chose to follow our own idea of evil and good, and sin was introduced to the world.
